Hershey Bar Pie - Martha Young

Crust:
24 Ritz Crackers
3 Egg Whites
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 c Sugar
1 c Ground Pecans

Preheat oven to 325. Mix together 1/2 c sugar, Ritz crackers and nuts. Beat egg whites and vanilla until stiff. Add 1/2 c sugar and beat again. Fold cracker mixture in egg whites. Put in well greased pan and make for 35 minutes.

Filling:
20 Regular Marshmallows
4-5 Hershey Bars
2/3 c Milk
1 c Cream

Put first three ingredients in double boiler until melted, then cool. Whip cream until stiff. Fold marshmallow mixture in cream and pour over crust.
