1 1/2 c flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 c sugar
1/3 c margarine, melted
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 and grease an 8x8 baking pan. Beat egg until frothy, then beat in sugar and margarine until well combined. Add milk and vanilla. With wooden spoon, beat in flour, baking powder and salt until well combined. Pour into pan and sprinkle with topping. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Topping:
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c flour
1/2 c soft margarine
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix topping with fork until crumbly.
