Witch Cocktail - Eric Anwiler

 1 part lemon juice

.5 part black currant liquer 

1.5 parts bourbon 

.25 part simple syrup 

3 dashes lavender bitters 

Combine and shake with ice

Old Fashioned - Eric Anwiler

80g Whisky
40 g Port
6-7 drops of Bitters (shaken)
Large Ice Cube
Maraschino Cherry (optional)

Coffee Cocktail - Eric Anwiler

1.5 oz chocolate vodka
1.5 oz coffee infused dark rum (or rum poured through coffee grounds)
.75 oz Averna Siciliano
.75 oz cold brew coffee
1.5 oz espresso simple syrup (4oz water, 4oz sugar, 4 oz espresso)

Ranch Dressing- Eric Anwiler

2 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
200g (1c) Mayonnaise
120g (1/2c) Buttermilk
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/8 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Mix well and serve.

Old Fashioned - Eric Anwiler

2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
1 tsp simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel and maraschino cherry

Add simple syrup and bitters to glass. Fill halfway with ice and stir. Squeeze orange peel over ice, then drop into drink. Add whiskey and stir again. Add more ice to almost fill glass. Garnish with cherry and serve with cocktail straw.

I Lemonade
1 Small Orange Juice
1/2 Bottle Triple Sec
Handle of Tequila

1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp (or more if desired) course ground pepper
