2 large or 4 small chicken breasts, cooked and cubed or shredded
1 can mushrooms (undrained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup Velveeta (cut into smaller pieces)
1 pkg cooked and mostly drained spaghetti (reserve 1/4 c water)
Grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Cook chicken and add cheeses to melt. Add soup and mushrooms. Pour over pasta/ extra water. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake 30-40 minutes or until bubbling.
