1 box pasta shells
1 16oz part skim ricotta cheese
1 small container small curd cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (plus extra)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra)
1 tsp salt and pepper
Prego spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta until limp, but not quite done. Mix other ingredients and stuff into shells. Cover with sauce and additional cheese. Bake for 45 mintutes.
