Green Chili Cheese Pie - Betty Deane

1 small can green chili peppers.
16 oz monterey jack cheese
6 eggs
Garnish (cheese, refried beans or salsa)

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9in pie pan. Remove seeds from peppers and flatten on bottom of dish. Shred cheese over peppers. Whip eggs and pour over cheese mixture. Bake until brown and garnish.
