Dressing:
3/4 c white vinegar
1/2 c oil
1 tbs water
1 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Bring to a boil and set aside to cool.
Add:
1 can white corn (drained)
1 can french cut green beans (drained)
1 can small peas (drained)
1 small jar chopped pimento
1 small diced green pepper
1 c diced celery
1 small diced onion
(Optional: 1 can water chestnuts (drained), 1 can lima beans (drained), small steamed carrots or 1 can carrots)
Pour dressing over and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
