Frozen Shrimp
Emeril's Bayou Blast Seasoning
Butter
Boursin or Cheddar Cheese, crumbled
Salsa: Finely chopped pineapple, green pepper, red pepper and lime juice
Cook shrimp in a pan with butter and seasoning. Add to tortilla with cheese and salsa.
