Pasta Salad - Amy Clutter

1 box tri-color rotini
Colored peppers diced in small bite sized pieces
Grape tomatoes cut in half
Fresh sliced mushrooms cut in half or bite size
1 small can of sliced black olives
Colby/jack cheese cubes cut in half
1 bottle fat free zesty italian dressing

Make the night before event.

Prepare pasta and run under cold water until cool. 
Add other ingredients and put 1/2 bottle of Italian dressing
Cover and refrigerate.
The next day, stir pasta and add more Italian dressing to coat salad.
(You can add onion if you want; green onions might be best)
