Lasagna - Eric Anwiler

1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Italian Sausage
1 large jar Pasta Sauce (Prego Original)
Lasagna Noodles (no cook, soaked in salt water for 10 minutes)
2 16oz Ricotta Cheese
1 Egg
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (plus extra)
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (plus extra)
1 tsp Salt and Pepper

Brown sausage and ground beef, drain and put sauce in. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow the sauce to absorb flavor. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl (besides noodles). Put meat layer on bottom of pan, then noodles, then cheese layer (with a sprinkle of mozzarella and parmesan over top). Repeat until you reach desired amount. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes (cover with foil for first 25).
