Roast - Bea Anwiler

1 lg Roast
1 lg Onion
1 pkg Carrots
1/4-1/2 c Water
Potatoes
Salt and Pepper

Bake roast at 350 for 1.5 hr covered. Add carrots and potatoes and bake for one hour more. If using a slow cooker, place all ingredients in cooker and cook on low all day (8-10 hours). For Swedish roast, pour one can of cream of mushroom soup over roast.
