3/4 c uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can water
1 can mushrooms
Chicken breasts
Mix soup and water in pan, reserving 1/4 can. Sprinkle rice over and add mushrooms. Place chicken on top and cover each piece with a bit of remaining soup mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered and 15 uncovered.
