1 to 1 1/2 lbs stew beef
4-5 medium potatoes peeled and cut in edible size chunks (not too small or they disintegrate)
1 package mixed vegetables (green beans/carrots/corn)
1 can peas drained
If you think it needs any more of any of the veggies, add canned veggies.
1 box of swanson beef broth - if you can get reduced sodium it's better for you.
2 packages brown gravy or beef gravy mix.
Brown beef in skillet - chop into smaller pieces if chunks are too large. Put in crockpot and cover with veggies. Mix broth in a bowl with gravy mixes (use a whisk) and pour over everything in crockpot. Cook on low all day. Stir and serve.
