Baked Chicken Parmesan - Amy Clutter

4 chicken breasts
2 eggs (beaten) - more if necessary
1 1/2 c Italian bread crumbs
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella and parmesan cheese (shredded)

Flatten chicken breasts by pounding between wax paper or saran wrap. Dip in eggs, then bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil until no longer pink inside. Place 1 c spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 dish. Lay cooked chicken on on top and cover with remaining spaghetti sauce and 1/3 c cheese for each chicken breast. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350.

Serves 4
