Carrot Cake Overnight Oats (Ashley Anwiler)

* These need some work

Ingredients
  •  1/2 c rolled oats
  • 1/3 c yogurt
  • 2/3 c milk
  • 1/2 c shredded carrot
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 dates chopped
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Mix in bowl, store in airtight container for 4 hours or overnight
