Ingredients
- 1/2 c rolled oats
- 1/3 c yogurt
- 2/3 c milk
- 1/2 c shredded carrot
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 dates chopped
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix in bowl, store in airtight container for 4 hours or overnight
