1/2 c soft margarine
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 can blueberry pie filling
Dry ingredients:
2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
Topping:
1/4 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 c pecans (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix til crumbly
Preheat oven to 350. Cream margarine and sugar in mixer, add eggs and sour cream, then dry ingredients. Pour 1/2 batter into greased 9x13 baking pan, then blueberry pie filling, then remainder on top. Add topping (spread over top) and bake 40-50 minutes.
