Asian Stir Fry- Ashley Anwiler (Aidells)

  • 3/4 c orange juice
  • 3tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch 
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 package Aidells Chicken Teriyaki Meatballs
  • 1 red onion (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 8oz sugar snap peas
  • Large pinch of crushed red pepper 
 
In a small bowl, whisk together juice, soy sauce, ginger, honey and soy sauce. 
 
Place the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat and add onion, red pepper and crushed red pepper. Stir fry 30 seconds, then add meatballs. Stir fry for 4 minutes or until onion is crisp tender and meatballs are slightly browned. Add peas and juice mixture. Toss until sauce thickens and comes to a boil and peas are crisp tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
