4 chicken breasts
1/3 c brown sugar
1/3 c vinegar
1/4 c Sprite
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
Put chicken in bag. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Allow to marinate, or to freeze: remove air, seal and lay in freezer.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Serve over rice, in a wrap or on a salad.
