Maple Pork - Amy Clutter

2 lb of pork tenderloin
1/2 c soy sauce
2 TBS yellow mustard
4-6 TBS maple syrup
4 TBS olive oil
4 TBS diced dried onions
3 TSP garlic salt
Mix ingredients in a bowl and pour over pork in the crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours.
