Salsa - Kate Peters

Blend:
Cilantro (about ½ of blender, not packed down)
Juice from 1 lime
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
About 3 tbsp minced garlic
Fajita seasoning ( I use Fiesta brand), lots of shakes

Then add 1 large can (29oz) of whole, peeled tomatoes and blend it.
