Meatballs - Amy Clutter

2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (12 oz) jar chili sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 (10 oz) jar grape jelly

Preheat oven to 350. Mix beef, eggs, salt and pepper. Shape into very small meatballs. Combine chili sauce, lemon juice and jelly. Place in a large 9x13 pan and add meatballs. Cover and bake for 90 minutes. Remove cover for last 30 minutes of baking. Transfer to warm crockpot and serve hot with toothpicks.

Makes 30-40 meatballs
