Dumplings - Helen Deane

1 c flour
2 eggs (1 white and 2 yolks)
1/4 tsp salt

Beat eggs and salt and put into flour. (If too stiff, add a little cold milk- just enough so dough can be rolled.) Flour surface and keep floured. Roll out thin sheet of dough and cut into squares. To freeze: layer between wax paper and put in plastic bag.
