Coke Cake and Icing - Jennie Garrison

2 c flour
2 c sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 c Coke
2 tbl cocoa
1/2 c buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c small marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour and sugar. Heat margarine, cocoa and Coke to boiling, then pour over sugar and flour. Mix thoroughly. In another bowl, put buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows, then put two mixtures together. Bake in a 9x13 pan for 45 minutes.

Icing:
1/2 c sugar
1 tbl cocoa
6 tbl Coke
1 box powdered sugar
1 c nuts

Beat margarine, cocoa and coke. Pour over sugar and beat well. Add nuts and spread smoothly over cake.
