Chicken Tortilla Soup - Eric Anwiler

1 container knorr concentrated stock in 4 c water
1 can rotel
1 bag frozen corn
4-5 cooked and chopped chicken breasts
1/2 onion chopped

1can black beans
8oz velveeta

Boil water and dissolve stock. Add rotel, corn, onion and chicken and simmer for 30 minutes. Add beans and velveeta until melted. Serve with chips and garnish with cilantro.
