Artichokes and Dip - Pete Miller

Artichokes
Juice from half a lemon
Olive oil

Cut the prickles off the artichoke and steam covered in one inch water for one hour. Squeeze lemon on the artichokes while steaming. Drizzle olive oil on when cool.

Dipping Sauce:
3 large spoons mayonaisse
1 small spoon dijon mustard
Juice from half a lemon
Several shakes curry powder
Several shakes worcestershire sauce
Several shakes paprika (for color)

Combine ingredients and stir. Check the flavor and adjust accordingly.
